Ber’s Preserves is a labor of love. For more than a decade, my husband, Steve, and I have tended to our fruit orchard that we added to our horse hay operation in 2004. Our 100 acre farm in LA (Lower Alabama, that is) is located eight miles due north of Alabama’s beautiful sugar-white beaches. In addition to our orchard and hay operation we grow sugar cane to sweeten our preserves that you can order and enjoy.

In addition to our wide variety of delicious goodies, we pride ourselves on our immaculate certified commercial kitchen. We worked hand-in-hand with the Baldwin County Health Department throughout the development process.
